STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all sales of goods and services by Chatuge Woodsmith Company, LLC ("the Company") via this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Any deviation or addition to these terms must be agreed to in writing by the Company.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of transaction for all retail sales unless otherwise arranged.

Wholesale customers approved by the Company may, at its discretion, be allowed to purchase on account with invoicing.

Invoiced accounts must be paid in full within the payment period stated on the invoice (default: 30 calendar days unless otherwise indicated).

The Company reserves the right to refuse invoicing and require payment at the time of sale for any customer at its discretion.

3. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum lawful rate) will apply to the overdue amount.

The Company may suspend deliveries or services and/or revoke invoicing privileges due to late payment.

If an invoice remains unpaid more than 60 days after its due date, the Company may employ collection measures and the customer will be liable for all associated fees, including legal costs.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes, VAT, or similar governmental charges.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Delivery dates are estimated and the Company is not liable for delays.

6. Returns and Claims

Claims of shortage, defect, or incorrect items must be reported within 8 days of receipt in writing to the Company.

No returns are accepted without prior approval. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

7. Title and Risk of Loss

Title passes to the buyer upon full payment and shipment. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the customer or their agent.

8. Governing Law

All sales and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States.
